I've been working on the bisulphite technique for several months now
and have found it a real pain. If anyone has any reasons why this
technique is a waste of time I would love to hear them. I would also
like to discuss any problems or tricks in using the bisulphite modification
with anyone who has experience with it.

Thanks for your help.
