DIL staining

Dear netters,
I recently read a paper in wich neural cells were stained with cAMP 
and 1,1'dioctadecyl-3,3,3',3'-tetramethylindocarbocyanine 
perchlorate (Dil). If somebody knows anything about this method, or 
any other protocol to stain neurons in culture intracytoplasmatically, he 
would help me greatly if he'd E-mail me at 
spagnol at imiucca.csi.unimi.it. I then will post a summary for the 
newsgroup.
