373 Stretch (PE/ABI): Sequenase Kits

Has anyone tried the new Sequenase kits for the 373 Stretch sequencer
from Applied Biosystems (PerkinElmer) including:

--PRISM Sequenase Terminator Single-Stranded DNA Sequencing Kit
--PRISM Sequenase Terminator Double-Stranded DNA Sequencing Kit

Does the T7 Gene 6 Exonuclease step really work to get single stranded
DNA from dsPCR products? How much DNA should be used (µg, please).
