Competent DH10b/p3's?

Does anyone have a sure-fire protocol specifically for making
chemically competent ecoli ***DH10b/p3 cells***???  We have lots of
competent cell protocols but have very little success with 
these in THIS SPECIFIC ECOLI STRAIN.  BRL seems to have no 
trouble doing this, but of course, they're keeping it a 
secret.  Thanks in advance.
