dear netsurfers does somebody have any experience with the protease enterokinase? There exists a enterokinase cleavage site in the expression vector pRSET from invitrogene, however I didn't find any information about the conditions, like buffer, Mg, and the efficiency. I would be happy to get any information thanks. Tom
