In response to John Nelson's question of flourescent PCR products,
Molecular Dynamics flourimager is probably what you are referring to. We 
are debating between this machine and an ABI sequencer.  ABI also has a 
machine specifically for size and quantification which is supposed to be 
cheaper than their sequencer and also uses 4 seperate dyes. If you hear 
from anyone else on this please let us know.
