If anyone has the T4 bacteriophage, or some bacterial line already infected with the T4 phage, I would like some so that I can isolate my own T4 DNA as a single strand DNA size marker for Alkaline gels. The T4 DNA Sigma sells is highly degraded (about 1 % of DNA is full length single stranded)....AND they are about to stop selling it anyway. Help Jim
