puting biotin on oligios

US Biochemicals has a system where you can add a biotin to the 5" end of
an oligo (pre-existing).
Basically you use ATP gamma S and T4 kinase to add a sulfur group. This
then is reacted with a biotinylating reagent N- iodoacetyl -N-
Biotinylhexenediamine to get a biotin on the end.
