I guess it should be stable at 4¡C for a few weeks at such an high
concentration. In any case, I think the best way is to store it in 20% etOH
at 4¡C or in 50% etOH at -20¡C. I had stable stocks of ACV for 1-2 years at
lower concentration (200 µM) in both ways.
