	Please respond if you have references about or information on the 
	construction and expression of synthetic DNA sequences. Also info 
        about the use of signal sequences to obtain high levels of 
        expression is appreciated. The goal of my project is to synthesize
        a gene and achieve high levels of expression. DNA synthesis
        technology will limit me to a rather short gene but one must
        try nevertheless.
