I am looking for a protocol for preparing whole nuclei from mouse keratinocytes. Because keratinocytes contain many keratins, preparing whole nuclei from them is very difficult. The nuclei will be used to assay a nuclear kinase, so a protocol using reagents containing phosphatase inhibitors is desired.
