Clostridium difficile spores

Does anyone have a favourite liquid medium for good yields of Clostridium 
difficile spores, particularly synchronized cultures? I would like to 
hear of methods to extract nucleic acids from spores. Lastly if anyone 
has a genomic library of C. difficile which they are prepared to share 
at cost could they please email to rputland at adam.com.au?
