Can anyone enlighten me as to the best method to biotin label cDNA probes from 0.7 to 2 kb? I have recently attempted to use Schleicher and Schuell's Rad-Free kit. It's a bit awkward trying to balance a UV lamp on top of a microtiter plate while the plate is in an ice water bath. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks! june eva paciga
