human cell lines with high viability

Hi, 

I am trying to detect double strand DNA breaks induced by low levels of chemicals and 
radiation in cells.  And I need a human cell line that have the minimum existing
DNA breaks possible, in order to lower background.  Dead cells have extensive
DNA breaks.  Could you tell me which human cell line, and in which culture
condition, gives a high viability (above 95%)?
