I've heard that these Qiagen RNeasy kits are not reliable & that they are
considered to be a "beta-test" product.
IMHO, stick with AGPC (acid GITC phenol chloroform) methods, whereby
cells are lysed in GITC, aliquoted, then stored frozen @ -70*C.
