Bot Tox Affinity Column???

I am preparing to couple botulism toxin to CNBr Activated seph CL-4B.  Has
anyone out there ever worked with Bot Toxin?  If so how stable is it?  If
I am eluting with 100mM Glycine pH=2.5 is the choice of seph CL-4B a good
one? or would seph 4B be just as good?  I have heard that oxirane acrylic
beads have been used by some, but I have never heard of these before.
