Mueller-Hinton medium and amp(s) E. coli?

Could anyone tell me a reference and/or short protocol for screening
amp(s) clones of E. coli using Mueller-Hinton medium? I know that with
this medium, starch and iodide, it possible diference between amp(r)
and amp(s) colonies by color. I'm  trying to cure hughe amount of
clones of E. coli of plasmids and I think it can help.
