Dear Netters,
   Has anyone had problems cutting PCR product
with restriction enzymes after Wizard PCR prep.
The reason I ask is that ours didn't, but I have
never before tried cutting PCR product with anything
after any purifications.
  Any advice on that? (we tried without any
purification and nada)
