PAGE - misformed wells - help

One thing that I've found to prevent misformed wells is ensuring the
combs and plates are meticulously clean (glass plates washed with soap
and water and rinsed with acetone, plastic spacers washed and rinsed with
70% ethanol and wiped dry with a kim-wipe). It is also a good idea to
not let the wells polymerize to long usually not more than 1.5 hours. If
you need to pour the wells and leave them overnight, remove the combs and
fill the wells with buffer or water to prevent them from drying out.
