Hi, I remember reading somewhere, probably about 5 years ago, about a method for S1 analysis, which included some non-standard salt that increased the stability of DNA:RNA hybrids vs. DNA:DNA hybrids. I wonder if somebody might recall that reference?? Thanks, Dov.
