Setting phenol ext'n aside (although, I do wonder how effective phenol
ext'n alone will be unless chloroform is included) ... what about elution
with hot (about 80*C) dH2O INSTEAD of hot TE? ... EDTA effects on RE
digestions? ... herding phenomenon sounds like good, at least occassional,
reason (but, never an excuse  :^)
