cDNA Libraries

Does anyone have or know a source of cDNA libraries from sugar beet, red beet
or Ricinus, additionally does anyone have any GAP-uracil yeast mutants ?
As I am posting these queries for a colleague without net access I am not
sure about the financiaql re-numereation they could offer/afford but I am
sure they would be extremely grateful to know if such things are available.
