Does anyone have the sequence of pUC21? I've found it to be an extremely useful vector because of the variety of site in the MCS and would like to have the seq. The description of its construction (Viera and Messing Gene 100 (1991) 189-194) isn't detailed enough for me to come up with an unambiguous sequence. Thanks for any help you can give me. Stu Kuhstoss
