Helge,

Actually, I`m replying to your previous post about cutting in
a ligation.  I saw a ref about 10 yrs ago that did that. I have 
tried it since whenever doing isoligamer (my word for enzymes
that ligate together but don't havve the same cutseq) ligations,
e.g., Bam-Bgl digests work fine with a little Bam and a little
Bgl thrown in.
