PCR AMPLIFICATION AND GAPS!!!

        Hi Netters. This is a PCR design question.
	
	If I have the following situation, will I observe exponential, 
	linear or no amplification in a PCR reaction?

	Lets assume that everything else is optimal in the reaction.
