Protein Expression in E. Coli

	I'd like a protein expression newsgroup - there's just too much traffic
on bionet.molbio.methods-reagnts to make it practical to read, and since protein
expression can be incredibly frustrating, a chance to read how its not working
for other people either might actually be cathartic *grin*.
	More sensibly though, it does make sense - protein expression and
purification is just about the only "wet work" I do any more, being primarily an
NMR person. A newsgroup to swap ideas on would be good (even if it is smaller
than methods.reagents). Just from talking to other groups (IRL) I've found goos
