Lightsmith I and II

Greetings everyone!

What are your experiences using Lightsmith products for conjugating 
oligos to alkaline phosphatase?   Does anyone have any experience using 
AP-conjugates for in situ hybridization?  I am interested in using one to 
detect chromosome-specific repeats in the interphase nucleus of chicken 
cells.

I will post a summary if enough people are interested.
