In an old post (ca. mid December) I mentioned the use of isopropanol vs. butanol in extracting EtBr. An alert Michael Tuvin pointed out that I mentioned the use of n-butanol as not being completely miscible with water, and that it should be iso-/sec-butanol. I stand corrected; thank-you Michael.
