How to get DNA from E. coli HB101 into N3406 (I think it is C600 or a C600
derivative). HB101 is mcrA+, mcrBC-, rB-, mB-, and mrr-. Can I passage my
DNA through JM109 (should be mcrA-, mcrB+, rK-, mK+ and mrr+) to C600? (=
mcrA-, mcrBC+, rK+, mK+ and mrr+). I would be very grateful if you could
answer my question or give me a simple alternative. In the mean time, I
will try JM109 ofcourse. You can mail me through vdwal at bio.vu.nl
