help problem with lambda

Reliable medium scale Lambda preps are best in my experience when based on
liquid lysis rather than plate techniques. Try the procedure suggested by 
Dexter Chisholm at Dupont as reported in "Biotechniques" Vo.7 no.1 1989 p. 21.
This anaylsis of the relevant parameters is the definitive word on producing
workable Lambda DNA IMHO.
