Hi! I know a little while ago there was a discussion about cDNA libraries. I was wondering if anyone out there is using the lambda MOSSLOX system offered by amersham. I would like to know if people are happy with it and is it better than using lamda Zap with respect to cloning efficiency and plasmid rescue. Thanks. Sarven
