About cycle sequencing

Dear Netters,

I have used the Promega fmol seqencing kit for doing plasmid sequencing, but I
always get multiple-band in four lanes.  When I used the traditional method
like the T7 DNA Polymerase Sequencing kit (Pharmarcia), with the same DNA
sample and primer, there is no such problem.  I just want to know whether
anybody has got the same problem and known what is the reason for that.
