Magic minipreps--DNA don't cut

Just wanna add my $0.000002

I used to use Magic miniprep. Like everyone else, I found it a little bit
too expensive. So I follow the instruction of Carter and Milton (Nucleic
Acid Res, 1993, vol. 21, No. 4 P 1044) and made my own resin (or DNA Bind
as called by them) Works great!
If I have time, I sometimes wash the little columns with water and boil
them in HCl and autoclave them. (No problem so far, lucky??)
Every one can be a Wizard anyway!
