dsRNA transfer

Hi, 

I am having problems with the transfer of ds RNA from agarose gels to 
nitrocellulose membrane.  I have tried several methods previously posted on 
the net however although the smaller frags transfer readily the higher 
molecular weight markers and my ds RNA ( ~11kb) does not seem to transfer ( I 
restain my gel after transfer to determine the success of transfer).  Does 
anyone have any suggestions?  I am denaturing in 50mM NaOH for 30min.  Thanks.
