A neophyte to the yeast-based Two-Hybrid (Interaction Trap) system would
like to know:
What is the limit of detection for this system?
That is, what is the weakest bona fide interaction detectable above
background?
(I know I am asking for trouble with this question)
For Instance: have many potential (growth factor) ligands been used to find
their receptors (or vice versa)?
Thanks,
