Netters:
We are trying to purify some soluble nuclear proteins,
and I have heard some good, but vague, reports on success with
hydrophobic interaction chromatography. Any one out there had
experience with HIC ? We would appreciate any comments/tips. We
are going top try a Methyl HIC cartridge first.
