cloning bacterial DNA in Lambda

Dear  Colleague,
 
I prepared four genomic libraries of different Rhodobacter
sphaeroides isolates using  a Lambda GEM -11 cloning kit of
Promega, and  I found it quick and easy to handle. Just now I'm
waiting for a new kit to prepare  7 further ones.  So, I can
recommend you  to try the
B 1970 Promega LambdaGEM-11 kit, which contains XhoI half-site
arms  and Packagene extracts as well.
