Hi, Netters: I need to use soybean protoplast in a GUS activity assay. If possible, I would like to avoid useing cell suspension culture because my experiment involves auxin. Can you please give me some ideas of isolating protoplasts from soybean plant? Thank you. Nanfei Xu
