Klenow fragment in Reverse trancription buffer ?

Dear netter:

I have to set up a reaction in which I need to do a Klenow filling before a 
reverse transcription reaction. I wonder if any one has carried out Klenow 
filling in a reverse transcription buffer (50 mM Tris, pH 8.3, 75 mM 
KCl, 3 mM MgCl2, 20 mM DTT).

Any comments or sugestions are welcome.
