Hello Netters,
In the methods of Wong and McClelland, PNAS 91:640, the radiolabeling of
the PCR products is done in the presence of 667 micromolar dNTP using 1
microCurie of 32PdCTP. Does anyone think that the procedure could be
improved using lesser concentrations of dNTPs, or is it possible that
this value is constrained by the requirement for 4 mM MgCl2 (since the two
should be adjusted together)?
All comments will be appreciated.
