Hi!
In the Life Technologies catalogue for 1993-94, they have Biotin-7-dATP,
Biotin-14-dATP which can be used to be incorporated into DNA along with dCTP,
dGTP, and dTTP which they also sell.

Sigma also make biotinylated dNTP's.
