Recovering proteins from phenol and isolating non-abundant n. protein

Hello--

	I'm looking for a protocol for recovering proteins from phenol (after
homogenization of tissues in phenol). I'd appreciate any help with this, as
well as any tips on isolating low-abundance nuclear proteins from homogenates
(specifically Drosophila homogenates) for Western analysis.
