Hello
Has anybody experienced that CAT (Chloramphenicol acyl
transferase) assays work in enzymatic detection and the anti-CAT antibodies
work beautifully on the same sample in IFA (Indirect immunofluorescent
assays) but refuse to work on western blots of the same samples?
Has anybody tried anti-CAT antibodies from 5pime-3prime or Boehringer
(or is there any other source?) in Westerns or Immunoprecipitations and
got them to work? All ideas, protocols experiences would be most welcome.
