tips on casting sequencing gel

 a week ago, I posted a tip on how to cast a better sequencing gel with all 
my good intensions.  However, it looks like there are people having big 
trouble casting gels like what I described. I apologized if you followed my tipsand got into trouble.  Maybe you are using a different coating chemical or a 
different apparatus, I have casted more than 15 gels using sigmacote on both plates without having problem pouring acrylamide solution into the space.  But do 
proceed with caution.
