Oligo degradation trepidation

I keep my original stocks at -70 oC and working solutions at 4 oC (if I am
using them regularly).  Some people suggest that the freeze-thaw of -70 oC
is harder on oligos than if original stocks are kept at -20 oC.  Comments?
