Internal Initation Expression Vectors

I am interested in a eukaryotic expression vector for stable
transfections in which the gene of interest is placed 5' of a sequence
which mediates internal initiation (such as from the EMC virus),
followed by the gene for resistance to a selectable marker.  Any
information would be appreciated greatly. E-mail responses are ok.
