Subject CSF-1 Source:
Recombinant human CSF-1 is sold by R &D in Minneapolis MN. Purified human
CSF-1 is available from BioSource International in California. CSF-1 and
M-CSF are the same. In the bone marrow, CSF-1 promotes macrophage
differentitation, whereas G-CSF and GM-CSF promote the development of
granulocytes and granulocyte-macrophages, respectively. Hope this helps.
