Hints for PCR of A/T-rich sequences?

Hi there... you might want to try TMAC (tetramethyl ammonium chloride)... 
at 3 M, the A-T binding is of similar strength of that of G-C. TMAC 
enhances A-T binding over that of G-C binding by stabilizing the A-T 
bonds...
