Immunoblotting Kits

Hi!

I am working with chick hearts and do a lot of western blots.  I am looking at
changing to a different immunoblotting kit.  I was wondering if anyone out
there has any information or preferences on which kits are best.  The two I am
looking at are:  Peroxidase Vectastain ABC kit or Alkaline Phosphatase
Vectastain ABC AP kit both from Vector.  The other is Chicken ExtrAvidin
Peroxidase Staining Kit from  Sigma.

Which is preferred, Peroxidase or Alkaline Phosphatase?  Which would give me a
stonger signal?
