We are trying to find out how little RNA can be used for successful differential
display RT-PCR. Specifically, we would like to use RNA from one or a very small
number (100) of cells (spermatocytes from C. elegans). Has anyone used such
limited samples for this type of experiment, or does anyone have a good protocol
for isolating RNA from such small samples. Please reply here or to:
